An analysis is made on the relation between the age of an agent and the espousal of new technologies and the relation it has on the company policies like pension, retirement, and promotions. The results are in compliance with latest studies in the area.

Signalling ability to pay and rent sharing dynamics
Article Abstract:
Rent sharing models predict that the wages would be decided by the long-term properties. However, in contrast, the competitive model does not do the same and it is proved that rent sharing can be a short-term development.
