Trade Unions under the Bed
Article Abstract:
The British government must protect its defense intelligence. Much intelligence is gathered by radio and statellite. These workers have a right to belong to trade unions. The government has just abolished this right. At issue was the risk of disruption. Other solutions should have been tried.

Menaced Micro-States
Article Abstract:
Some way must be found to protect small countries from being taken over by hijackers. Traditionally small states have asked protection from larger ones. A 1983 meeting of Commonwealth ministers considered a world arrangement to give national security to smaller states.
