As blue as her blood
Article Abstract:
Elizabeth II, Queen of the United Kingdom, has weak Conservative views on politics rather than a left-wing attitude as previously reported by her unofficial biographer Ben Pimlott. She appears to have left-wing opinions because Conservative rule has dominated British politics since 1979, says Pimlott. Pimlott's book entitled 'The Queen: A Biography of Elizabeth II', identifies areas of scandalous activities within the royal household and includes the evidence surrounding the alleged extra-marital affair of Prince Philip.

Tomorrow's tonic or today's bitter pill?
Article Abstract:
The university spin-off companies which have been created to raise money for research are not as threatened by the dramatic drop in Celltech's shares as first thought. The 163p over-night fall in share prices shocked the industry, although most academic directors now feel that they will continue to raise funds as successfully as they have been doing. Biotechnology has great potential although it can not always provide the entire amount of funds necessary for research in British universities.
