Scientists told to enlighten the confused
Article Abstract:
Lobby group Sense about Science has launched a UK-wide campaign designed to help people decide which research they can trust and which result they would be better off ignoring. The aim of the campaign is to give the general public a better understanding of the peer-review system so that they will be better able to evaluate the worth of information they find through sources such as the Internet or in newspapers.
