Arkansas P&L teams win Kansas City showdown
Article Abstract:
The Arkansas P&L teams defeated more than 70 teams from other electric utilities at the Lineman's Rodeo in Aug 1992. More than 655 journeymen and apprentices competed in the 151-event competition. Highlights are presented.
