Retailers should constantly study consumer preferences, as these preferences change often, and should include stakeholders in the process of refining business processes and sales strategies. Aspects such as economic status, age, location and ethnicity must be studied together with the concept that the outside environment affects the behavior of customers. Ways on how to understand customers better are presented.
