Crane safety: look up and live
Article Abstract:
A fatal accident in Milwaukee in July 1999, in which a crane collapsed, has re-opened the debate about improving crane safety. Accidents often occur in the vicinity of power lines. The American National Standards Institute has issued minimum safe clearances for power lines of differing voltages.

The danger of safety incentive programs
