Article Abstract:
J.D. Power conducted a study on customer satisfaction in nine segments of major home appliances, and revealed that products offer high reliability . It was also found that 25% of respondents still get extended warranties. Other results of the study are discussed, and g raphs of customer satisfaction rankings of companies in various products are also given.
