Erasable-programmable semiconductor memories
Article Abstract:
Electrically erasable PROMs broaden the horizon of new technology but they also bring problems with standardization. A similar problem occurs with nonvolatile RAMS. This major jump in technology has brought the semiconductor industry to a point where customer requirements must be analyzed and integrated circuits designed to meet these needs.
