In aggressive wiring board field, Kyosha stays close to customers

Kyosha, a Japanese manufacturer of printed circuit boards, plans to increase production at all of its manufacturing facilities around the world. It will also build new production facilities in Japan, China, Southeast Asia and North America. Its factories in Kyoto and Kyushu have monthly production capacities of 100,000 sq m. The Kyoto facility makes fine-pattern, double-sided and through-hole boards while the Kyushu plant makes single-sided printed boards for consumer use.

Kyosha's one-of-a-kind base gives it edge in board business

Printed wiring board maker Kyosha of Kyoto, Japan, has announced the start-up of its production line in Tijuana, Mexico. The new facility is currently producing 100,000 sq m of printed wiring boards per month. The company is the only one in the industrt to have four production and sales bases around the world, with a global network of key facilities in Japan, China, Indonesia and North America. Kyosha is a leading innovator in printed wiring board production, using technologies such as CAD-CAM systems, full-automation of production line and application of fluorine coatings to the metal masks to boost mounting accuracy.
