MAIOT/E, MA86T/E business PCs
Article Abstract:
NEC Corp has introduced its MAIOT/E and MA86T/E, which are among the company's 15 new models of business personal computers. Five are desktop Mate models and ten are notebook VersaPro models. The MAIOT/E and MA86T/E Mate desktop versions each have a 3.5-in bay for add-on equipment. To save desk space, the company has added 14.1-, 15.0- and 15.4 inc LCDs to the Mate series as optional displays. The VersaPro line consits of high- specification notebooks, mobile notebooks and mobile notebooks with touch panels.

Matsushita Electric Industrial Company Ltd has introduced the CF-82J8KS, the CF-81J8KS, the CF-81J2KS, the CF -81J8S, the CF-81J2S and the CF- 81JNS. The products are personal computers that come with LCDs. The CF- 81J2KS and the CF-81J2S each have two 15.7-in SXGA LCDs. They are useful for businesses that deal with customers or clients over a counter. Users can easily synchronize data files in notebook computers with those of the CF-81J2KS and the CF-81J8KS.

FMV-610GTX5 desktop computers
Article Abstract:
Fujitsu Ltd has introduced the FMV-610GTX5 Pentium III desktop computer with a clock rate of 1 GHz but compatible with 133MHz for the system bus clock. The FMV-610GTX5 features the Intel 820 chip set for use with Direct Rambus DRAM, a 10.2 GB hard disk, a 16MB video RAM and the ATI RAGE128GL graphics accelerator. Users can also create their own operating style by selecting from 12,000 menu patterns. It also has six bays and six slots for add-in equipment.
