Military and high-reliability hybrids
Article Abstract:
Advances in the technology of hybrid circuits have led to the development of extremely fast circuits with increased power and density. Designers are turning to new substrate materials and metallization processes to meet the military specifications for hybrids. The leadless chip carrier introduces new capabilities for testing and reduction of yield losses.
