Radar modules
Article Abstract:
Murata Manufacturing has unveiled a new radar module that uses microwave- band high-frequency technology. The device complies with adaptive cruise control specifications, which call for a 150m detection distance and a 10mW output. The radar module features a 3.2-degree beam width and a 32dB minimum antenna gain. Besides being weather-resistant, the module has a 0dB output and a 85dBc/Hz C/N ratio. The module is offered in two versions, a scanning version with a transmission and reception circuit, and a scanning unit controller with a transmission and reception circuit.
