Having product or service failures is common, and a good retailer is able to quickly and satisfactorily resolve complaints from patrons. Customers loyalty increases if the management is able to efficiently and promptly respond to objections. Good practices in customer service as exemplified by The Sharper Image, Johnson & Johnson's and Coca-Cola, are discussed.
