Empirically testing the antecedents of BPR success
Article Abstract:
There are many problems associated with the deployment of business process reengineering (BPR) within organizations. Few entities have achieved the expected outcomes of the BPR programs they deployed. Thus, a study investigated the development of a more systematic and rigorous assessment of the factors considered important to the probability of BPR project success. Based on study findings, a number of suggested recommendations may enable organizations to achieve more effective results from the deployment of a BPR scheme.
