Article Abstract:
WR Grace and Co is acquiring the coloidal silicas business of Kempro Italiana Srl and will integrate it into its Davison Silica Products operations. The purchase will add slightly less than $2 million to the Columbia, MD-based company's 2001 revenues. The Kempro Italiana acquisition followed WR Grace and Co's recent purchase of the Ludox line of colloidal silicas.
