How to measure continuous improvement
Article Abstract:
A process management system has been developed for the measurement and evaluation of the instruments used in continuous improvement of companies' programs and strategies. The system consists of quality assessment plans, indexes and line charts. It can be used for self-assessment of individual processes and business units, and evaluation of competing processes, process improvement teams and suppliers. The system also helps in communicating the results of the evaluation in a concrete manner. The system has high validity and reliability.
