PEEK materials offer high strength and rigidity
Article Abstract:
Sustaplast has unveiled the Sustatec line of polyetherether ketones (PEEK) that can be used up to 300 degrees C and shows superior mechanical strength and ridigity. The Sustatec PEEKs also show high resistance to impact and chemical degradation even at elevated temperatures. It is available in three grades, namely, unmodified; glass-fiber reinforced, for applications that require high mechanical strength over a wide temperature range; and modified, which has a lower coefficient of friction for high- wear applications.

Reusable container doesn't need cleaning
Article Abstract:
Meese Orbitron Dunne has introduced the Fold-A-Tote reusable container that utilizes a single-trip disposable plastic liner. The container, which eliminates the labor-, cost- and risk-intensive cleaning process, can be used for the storage and transport of both liquid and powdered products. Major features of the container include a heavy-duty reinforced vinyl bag around a two-ply, 4-mil liner set and a full 3-in Valterra slide gate valve.
