The first thing that the companies need to identify before undertaking any new activity is that will it cause any harm to the people and if yes then to what extent and how. After making a clear study of this they must chalk out the ways in which the risks can be reduced or eliminated, this assessment process must be performed by person who has knowledge about the business and also possesses some health and safety training.

Hidden hazards

Article Abstract:

Prevention from the hidden fibre hazards is very important as it causes harm in two different ways firstly to the humans which could affect the health of the person and secondly to the fibres which would affect the job. Proper training and good installation process can prevent or reduce the risk arising from the fibres, but one cannot be hundred percent sure as this damage is not clearly visible immediately.
