Some myths about team dynamics

Article Abstract:

Some of the misconceptions about team dynamics include the notion that teams of women are more collaborative than teams of men, men are better as leaders than women and six or seven members constitute an ideal group size. Having more than three teams is not advisable, people do not want teams, team members are of one mind about a project and teams do not entertain criticism are also some of the assumptions about group dynamics. Such assumptions are found to be more of a myth than a reality.
