The law of producing quality
Article Abstract:
Corporations can ensure client and employee satisfaction, as well as better productivity from workers, through total quality (TQ) management. However, companies need to realize that TQ is affected not only by market forces, but by leadership as well. Leaders in a TQ workforce must be able to motivate their employees into producing more products of better quality, using both economic and non-economic incentives. To be effective, they must systematically relate the incentives to productivity and satisfaction.
