Three teams from Central University Michigan, Lafayette High School and Clayton State University was given the Team Excellence Awards by the American Association of Quality during the 15th National Quality Education Conference. Virtual teams can be challenging because of the lack of facial signals to help understanding, but their use is likely to increase. Several things must be in place before forming a virtual team, which includes software programs and right infrastructure.
