CEOs of the US Hispanic Business Fastest-Growing 100 companies have different recipes for growth, but they cite capital and good employees as common ingredients. The 100 Fastest-Growing companies together report a five-year revenue growth of 298.7 percent, a strong figure given the uneven performance of the US economy and many CEOs rate their local economy as 'steady to growing.'
