Rural black women and depression: A contextual analysis
Article Abstract:
An investigation of depression amongst rural black mothers was undertaken using ecological system theory and self-report data. Spousal support and depression showed a strong negative link in conditions of high socioeconomic risk and a nonsignificant link when socioeconomic risk is low.
