Turin, Italy's five-foot-long breadsticks, known as grissini, are legendary. The famous breadsticks were allegedly invented to cure an ailing 17th century Duke's stomach, and were favored by Napoleon Bonaparte. A search for and a recipe of Italy's best grissini is detailed.
