Painter David Salle has ended his collaboration with choreographer Karole Armitage. Salle's work at his Tribeca studio in New York City and his cabin in Crested Butte, CO, is discussed. Salle has given up the nude women imagery of his earlier works and is painting smaller canvases with ghost-like images.
