Breast cancer in young women is a very rare phenomenon with possibly only six percent of the affected patients below forty years of age and this would be the reason why doctors dismiss young patients coming to them with queries about this condition. It is not easy to cope with cancer at that age but there are many support groups that help but a lot also depends on the family and their support.
