Taking the pain out of stains
Article Abstract:
Successful stain removal requires prompt attention based on the type of fabric and the type of stain. Fast action is needed to prevent oxidation which darkens the stain. The stain should be blotted, never rubbed. Water-based stains, oil-based stains, acid-based stains and perspiration stains all require different treatment.
