Suzanne Goin along with business partner, Caroline Styne, have perfected the art of compiling small wine lists at their restaurants, Lucques, A.O.C. and the Hungry Cat. The Goin's offer pristine, utterly natural food at their restaurants, Lucques, a French-inflected menu, A.O.C., a wine bar with small-plates menu and Hungry Cat, a seafood house that encourages a good glass of wine.
