Washington value leader sold to Canada's wine giant

Canadian wine maker Vincor International Inc. has acquired Washington, U.S. wine maker Hogue Cellars Ltd. Vincor expects to focus Hogue's production on red wine, allowing it's other company R.H. Phillips Vineyard, to focus on chardonnay.
