Various recipes which can be prepared in only 30 minutes are presented. The recipes include chicken paillards with radish-mint chutney, pasta primavera with smoky ham, pan-fried trout with green onions, mixed greens soup, and stir-fried sugar snap peas and cherry tomatoes.
