Carla's Bakery & Cafe is a small ten table cafe at York, Maine which has a fresh menu for soups, sandwiches, and main course every day. A spirit of sharing and improvisation permeates the cafe owned by Carla Rollins. Recipes for apricot almond scones, chocolate chip cookies and dream bars adapted from Carla Rollins are given.
