Milk chocolate, lemon, banana, peanut butter, espresso and tropical fruit were the most popular dessert flavors of 1995, and several recipes featuring at least one of the flavors are presented. They include tropical fruit tart, espresso-hazelnut cheesecake, and milk chocolate-pecan tartlets.
