The Loveless Motel and Cafe situated on the outskirts of Nashville, that was opened by Lon and Annie Loveless in 1951and, which was sold to Tom Morales, maintains the old staff and the traditional procedures of cooking.

'Sgt. White's Diner', a restaurant in Beaufort, South Carolina whose decorous marine bearing and plain, religious air expresses a man's principles as much as his cooking skills is presented. Although the food is homely, its presentation is uncannily neat that provides for a euphoric dining experience.
