A skillet is a generic term for a low-sided pan with a long handle, and encompasses both frying pans and saute pans. Issues concerning the different types of skillet are presented, with reference to the benefits of different materials such as copper, cast-iron and aluminium.

Ice cream making machines come in all models beginning with the original manual machine. The later models include the all-electric machines that does not need manual churning and are capable of making ice cream in about half an hour.
