My favorite German Rieslings

The Saar and Ruwer valleys in Germany's Moselle wine region produce many fine white wines. These delicious, acidic wines peak at about seven years, and many people are under the mistaken impression that they should be drunk younger. Specific wines and wineries are discussed.
