Flavor Mountain
Article Abstract:
Growing peaches in the mountains of Western Colorado, where one gets the best peaches in the US, is a risky game because of the height at which they are grown and of the spring frosts that can destroy the crop. Good peaches grown here fetch three times the price of other peaches in the US and during the peach festival during July to September, a wide variety of the best peaches are found.
