Our favourite restaurants: Surf and turf

Steak houses and fish restaurants have a long established popularity and guarantee to provide good food. In the 1970s restaurants gave rise to the "surf and turf" idea with menus featuring both steak and fish, in the 1990s restaurants tended to specialize in either fish or steak. A selection of restaurants are presented, including favourite recipes.
