The arugula of Italy
Article Abstract:
The Italian vegetable arugula, also called rocket in English, is one of the fastest-growing vegetables on earth. Arugula can be grown in any kind of weather and could be harvested within three weeks after being planted. It develops a peppery hot taste as the leaves become bigger and the stems get thicker.
