Rafting the Salmon River in Idaho proved to be a very enjoyable and memorable experience for a Manhattan-bred woman. The trip was made more enjoyable by the meals prepared by the husband and wife team of Phil and Liz Costas of Kathleen's Restaurant in Stamford, CT.
