They are Hugh Johnson's revised 'The World Atlas of Wine,' Bob Thompson's 'The Wine Atlas of California and the Pacific Northwest: A Traveler's Guide,' Jancis Robinson's 'The Oxford Companion to Wine,' James Halliday's 'Wine Atlas of California' and Charles L. Sullivan's 'Napa Wine: A History from Mission Days to Present.'
