Red wine and health
Article Abstract:
Research suggests that red wine taken in moderation is beneficial in increasing high-density lipoproteins and reducing risk of blood-clotting. The French style of eating more fresh foods and less red meat along with consumption of reasonable amounts of red wine has proved healthy.
