The New Sammy's Cowboy Bistro is one of the best dining frenzy restaurants famous for the quality food in Oregon, Pacific Northwest. The efforts of the owners Vernon and Charlene Rollins in creating this restaurant are discussed and some of the recipes adapted from Charlene Rollins are given.
