Stilton: king of cheese

Stilton cheese was first produced in the early 18th century and sold to stagecoach passengers in the town of Stilton, England. Today, the manufacture of the cheese is limited to the areas of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. It is considered one of England's top cheeses.
