A woman recalls driving over a bridge in Rhode Island and seeing a man who was about to jump off of it. She stopped her car and managed to talk the man down by offering to buy him a cup of coffee. She wonders what became of the man ten years later.

A January miracle

Article Abstract:

Joanne Boudreau appeared dead after she was pulled out the icy Acushnet River on Jan 6, 1980 in New Bedford, MA. Passerby Gerard Soucy began CPR, and Boudreau was revived. Four days later she was out of a coma and back to normal.
