Article Abstract:
A Hutu boy found among the dead in Gonna, Zaire was rescued by French Foreign Legion officer Arthur Da Silva Santos and was eventually reunited with his family. Da Silva hoped to adopt the boy, and named him Angelo, but relief workers eventually were able to reunite him with his real family.
