The Supreme Court rejected in Jan. 1996 the American Legion's petition for an explanation from the Veteran's Administration regarding the failure to conduct a proper investigation of the Agent Orange (AO) controversy. This is a great injustice as not enough has been paid to AO victims.

The International Criminal Court, originally intended to enforce laws against crimes against humanity, is not a practical idea given its inability to apprehend offenders. The Court may also inflame anti-US sentiment by infringing on the sovereignties of states.
