Cheating in our schools: a national scandal

Rampant cheating among students seems to have become endemic to the American educational system. Some of the reasons given for cheating are a desire for good grades, laziness, insufficient study time and peer guidance. However, even teachers and parents are accountable for their continued tolerance of the behavior.

USDA: bureaucracy out of control

The USDA has increasingly become characterized by inefficiency, obsolescence and involvement in research projects with no direct bearing on the agricultural program. Among other measures, the agency must implement efforts to improve efficiency and productivity to be worth its $62.7 billion budget.
