Color your diet healthy

Americans should diversify the color of diet from brown and beige to include orange, green, red, yellow and purple foods. By doing this, Americans will eat more fruits and vegetables and increase their nutrient intake. Research shows that a diet full of fruits and vegetables reduces the risk of cancer and other preventable diseases.
