The judicial system is fraught with loopholes which give offenders the chance to avoid being locked up in jail. Ronald Swanson was released from prison when the removal of a rear door panel which yielded cocaine was deemed violative of the unreasonable search rule. Other examples are shown.

Loopholes in the legal system have allowed drug dealers and criminals to exercise most of the civil liberties despite being charged and sentenced. A discussion of how several criminals were able to capitalize on these loopholes is presented.
